Question: What kinds of things in your workshops will you demonstrate and do to try and help children and young adults get interested in Science?

I’m interested in infections. I’d like to run a workshop to demonstrate how infection travels. For example, if one person in a class full of students has UV gel in their hands and no-one knows who it is, then the whole class spends 20 minutes chatting, hanging out and swapping notes how far do you think the ‘infection’, the UV gel, will have travelled? Perhaps to someone who never directly spoke to the infected person, or even to someone that arrived late and has only been there a couple of minutes, or perhaps even to someone who wasn’t even in the room?

You never know the answer for sure until you do the experiments…..
