      I don’t think tadpoles reproduce – they are essentially little baby frogs, and I don’t think they have that ability yet.

      As for frogs, male frogs have no penis, just testes. and the sperm comes out the testes via the kidneys (these are connected in frogs) and then out of a tube called the cloaca straight onto the eggs as the female lays them. This is covered with a protective layer, and the whole things is what we call frogspawn. This is where tadpoles come from, and they then grow and eventually metamorphose into a frog – this dramatic final process only takes about 24 hours!
