Apparently this is mostly true, and the reason is that cheese contains a substance called tryptophan, which is also used in some sleeping pills. For some reason, tryptophan makes you sleepy but also makes dreams more vivid and easier to remember. I especially like the part that Cheddar increases dreams about celebrities. 🙂 I would take that study with a grain of salt but it’s really fun!
