One of the biggest problem is that right now there are no ‘hydrogen stations’, so it would be very difficult to refuel your car. Imagine how useless cars now would be if there were no petrol stations! It will be very expensive to build all the hydrogen stations, and pipes to take the hydrogen to them, so unfortunately I think it could take quite a long time.

It’s all a bit chicken and egg really – before people build hydrogen stations, there need to be a lot of hydrogen cars on the road, but before hydrogen cars can be on the road, someone needs to build a lot of hydrogen stations. We need to work out a way round this.
