Hello, the project I was working on at the time was called the Fidget Project and it was about sedentary behaviour like sitting around, and the health risks associated with it. We toured an art installation with lots of interactive games to festivals and town centres, attracting lots of attention so people would come and talk to us and we would talk about the science behind sedentary behaviour and physical activity. One of the things we did to get people talking was hula hooping, and I did lots of it! The project’s goal was to get people talking about physical activity and think about their lifestyles from an activity point of view. We also had a whole online stream which complemented it.
