• Question: Does the computer that you run your code on need to be really speedy and amazing?

      It depends what the computer code does. If I’m writing code to solve a small equation and draw it on a graph then any old computer will do.
      However if I’m writing code that does loads of things and calculates an equation hundreds of thousands of times, then I need quite a fast computer.

      Some of the code I’ve needed to run on a computer I have started one day, I went on holiday for a week, came back and it still hadn’t finished. Those are times when you need a supercomputer. But sadly I don’t have one.
