All the parts of science work together really, to bring about advances, so I think we need to teach all of it, there’s not really a less important bit.

There is no one type of science that is most important because as Paul says, it all contributes in one way or another to our lives.

Without biology we wouldn’t have medicine, without physics, we wouldn’t have cars or planes, without chemistry we wouldn’t have drugs or plastics. There are so many things we wouldn’t have without all of science.

And without maths we wouldn’t have any of it, but I’m biased 😛
